We are looking for an excellent Sales Manager to join the team.

 

What's the job:

Novidea is entering an exciting phase of global growth and our team is expanding. We are looking for a Sales Manager to build and execute our sales strategy in South East Asia where we already have significant customers, develop and manage a sales pipeline, and win new business. This role will report to our UK Managing Director and will operate cross functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Delivery and Solution Architecture.


·           Create new opportunities for Novidea to sell and implement our Product

·           Build a qualified pipeline that consistently produces revenue

·           Win new business for Novidea and grow revenues including expansion at existing accounts

·           Identify and support new business development activities e.g., events to ensure regional goals are met

·           Source RFIs/RFPs and bid proposals/pitches

·           Work with Marketing to provide input and help execute against the growth plan for APAC

·           Work with Pre-Sales to execute RFP response process that win new contracts

·           Work in partnership with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure the product evolution to support the market and ensure customer satisfaction

·           Collaborate with other regions to maximize global accounts at a local level

Requirements

What you have:

·           Must have 5+ years of successful complex sales and business development experience

·           Must have 3+ Experience with insurance technology ecosystem, including insuretech, system integrators,

·           Must have strong business acumen and capability to develop and managing strategic plans with partner and company executives

·           Must have the capability to consistently grow and manage pipeline

·          Must have the ability to accurately forecast the business

·          Demonstrated success in growing sales portfolio

·          Experience working in start up company

·          Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms

·          Ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the company

·          Demonstrated ability to approach problems in a methodical and process-oriented manner

·          Proven experience in quickly identifying and solving complex problems

·          High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
