Our innovative, data-driven insurance software platform allows users to manage the entire policy lifecycle across all lines of business, using data to inform every business decision, cross-sell and up-sell.
What’s the Job?
As a Team leader in the R&D, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and create Novidea’s product, built on the force.com Platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
- Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more
- Recruit and mentor new team members.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of managerial experience – leading full stack development team.
- Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
- Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
- Experience in Force.com/APEX development – An advantage.
- Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, quick learner
- High logical & Analytical abilities.
- Accuracy and careful attention to details.
- Resourceful, responsible and able to adapt to changes.
- Bachelor degree, specializing in computer science or similar engineering discipline.
- Very good English.
