What made you decide to join Novidea?
Novidea provides answers to what enterprise agencies, MGAs/MGUs, and carriers really need to be better, more efficient, and productive. The potential to solve problems drew me in.
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
Challenging the status quo in an industry where status quo is king.
It’s what I know. I even tried to leave for another industry, but it didn’t take.

What’s the best place you’ve ever traveled to?
Tie between Dominican Republic and Amsterdam.
Favorite book or movie?
Movie: Inception and JFK
What are the top five gadgets you can’t live without?
- iPhone (of course)
- iPad (for travel)
- Ball markers for golf (a few specific ones)
- Daughters’ hair ties (used as my wallet)
One thing few people wouldn’t know about you?
I taught Creative Writing and English Literature to college and high school students (and we put Hamlet on trial for insanity).
