Roi Agababa is the entrepreneurial mind, founder and CEO behind Novidea. With a long and distinguished career in business intelligence and software integration for global organisations, Roi saw the need for a unified, end-to-end data driven platform designed specifically for insurance professionals. Prior to this Roi was a senior executive with SRL software group, where he held a number of senior management positions, most notably as the global Vice President for Research and Development and the Managing Director of SRL Tech. Under his leadership, Novidea is revolutionising the working patterns in insurance distribution, enabling unprecedented growth for the industry.

Erez serves as Novidea’s Chief Technology Officer leading the R&D and product departments. Formerly, Erez held executive roles in large-scale global technology companies, leading R&D, IT, product, engineering groups. Most recently, he was EVP Head of Casual Gaming for the $7B Gaming company, Playtika. Previously, he held senior positions at other successful industry leaders such as, NICE surveillance, Amdocs, Retalix, and head of innovation group at SAP. Highly experienced in leading complex software development projects in global companies from inception, market analysis and requirements definition, through technical system design and product development.

CROJEFF HEINE, CRO
Jeff Heine serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Novidea, responsible for driving global revenue and other revenue-focused functions to achieve the company’s business objectives. Jeff brings 20 years of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry expertise. Most recently, he served as CRO at Betterview, a remote property intelligence platform that turns data into actionable insights for P&C insurance carriers. The company was acquired by Nearmap, one of the world’s largest location intelligence and aerial imagery solutions providers, in December 2023. Before that, Heine was CRO at Groundspeed Analytics, an AI-powered ingestion and data solution for the commercial P&C industry, which Insurance Quantified acquired in June 2023. Heine has other related experience including Guidewire Software, Adsensa (now Coupa Software), and CCC Information Services. Jeff holds a BS from Bradley University in Illinois.

As Novidea’s Chief Marketing Officer, Julie heads up Novidea’s marketing strategy, including brand awareness, public/analyst relations, lead generation, digital marketing, product marketing, as well as field, partner and customer marketing. Over the last 25 years, Julie has built up expert teams, taking high-growth global technology companies to their next stage of business maturity, including three IPOs and one M&A. Julie was named a Top Boston CMO and received The CMO Excellence Award in 2023, as well as Top Women in Communications 2021 by Ragan Communications and PR Daily. Prior to Novidea, Julie held multiple marketing executive positions. Most recently she served as CMO of Kryon, CMO of Safe-T, VP Marketing of Voyager Labs, VP Marketing at Tufin® (NYSE: TUFN), Global Marketing Director at Lumenis, AVP Global Public Relations at Comverse, and Director of Corporate Comms at PowerDsine (NASDAQ: MCHP) and Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX). She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Colgate University in New York.

Yaniv Cohen serves as Chief Customer Officer, leading the global delivery and customer success organization. He oversees Novidea's customers’ journey, including on-boarding, implementation and adoption, advocacy and retention, as well as outcomes such as renewals. Previously, Yaniv served as Corporate VP of Global Professional Services at Ex Libris responsible for product and project implementation and success, new products integration (NPI), project and program management, technical consultation and product implementation, data migration operation, data migration development tools & automation, and monitoring of KPIs and profitability. Prior to that Yaniv held management positions at Verint Systems, including COO, VP Business Development, and VP Customer Care. Yaniv also held executive positions at Emblaze Systems and Elbit Systems.
Yaniv holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Coventry University and an MSc in Business Management from Polytechnic University. -

As CFO, Eran leads Novidea’s finance organization and financial activities including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax and overall budget across all territories. He is also oversees audit, legal, procurement and logistics across the company and its subsidiaries. Eran brings 20 years’ experience in the finance management and global high-tech industry, has a proven track record of taking fast growing companies from IPO to thriving global public companies and extensive experience with M&A processes. Previously, Eran served as the VP Finance at Drivenets, where he led three financing rounds totaling over $500 million. Prior to Drivenets, Eran was Head of FP&A and Senior Director Finance at Imperva (NASDAQ: IMPV), a cyber security company, where he supported the company through its IPO on NASDAQ. Eran holds a BA in Economics and a MBA from the Israel Open University.

Merav brings over 20 years of extensive experience in HR. She specializes in leading organisations through change, growth, and cultural transformation to enable successful execution of business strategy. Before joining us as vice president of human resources, Merav headed the HR team of Amdocs’s Global Delivery division. In this role, she led the people strategy of the division as well as heading all HR domains, including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits as well as employee engagement. Before that, Merav held senior HR leadership roles in organisations such as IDE, Better Place, Telmap (acquired by Intel), and Comverse. Merav holds a BA in psychology, sociology, and anthropology as well as an MA in clinical psychology, both from Tel Aviv University.

Maayan serves as VP Strategy leading cross organisational projects and infrastructure to provide unity and benefits across the business to support the company’s hyper growth. Maayan has been pivotal in helping to solidify Novidea’s global customer base with her extensive knowledge of the company’s platform, collaboration with teams from across the business, and experience managing enterprise-scale projects. Previously, Maayan served as Web & Software Project Manager at both Matrix and Netwise. Maayan holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, and BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Shenkar College.

Two notable exits include UUNET’s Nasdaq IPO to $2B exit and Sitesmith’s $1.4B exit where Eric was VP Sales leading the Sales organisation through both.

A seasoned R&D executive and a strategic technology leader, Yaniv Ben-Arie serves as the company's CISO. Previously, Yaniv led Novidea's research and development team responsible for keeping the Novidea platform ahead of customer needs and at the forefront of insurance innovation. Yaniv’s reputation is built on successfully leading the development and delivery of large-scale software systems in multidisciplinary environments. His deep knowledge and vast experience in leveraging Big Data & Artificial Intelligence/machine learning across verticals fuels his solid track record of building complex and innovative solutions. He joined Novidea after serving as co-founder and CTO of social intelligence platform Tracx where he managed the full scope of technology research, architecture, development, customer service and operations, and as VP R&D at security and surveillance innovator DVTel.

Ido serves as SVP Product at Novidea, leading the product management department globally. He brings more than ten year's of experience in leading SaaS, cloud based solutions and mobile applications as well as global go-to-market expertise. In the past two years Ido was the Chief Product and Marketing officer at Taranis, an innovative AgTech startup, leveraging drones and AI to optimize crop decision making. Prior to that, Ido worked at Ex Libris, a global provider of cloud solutions for higher education, as Corporate Vice-President for the company Mobile Application business unit, leading product management, marketing and R&D departments. Ido has a BSc in Computer Science and Communications from Tel Aviv University.

Daniela Krispin serves as VP, Research & Development at Novidea responsible for leading the company's research and development processes, driving innovation initiatives, implementing advanced technologies, and fostering a product-oriented and agile organizational culture. Daniela brings over 25 years of experience in product development, both in startups and global corporations, specializing in SaaS products, data, and AI systems. She has held senior technology roles at Amdocs, most recently Head of AI & Data. Subsequently, she served as VP R&D at Seebo, playing a key role in its growth by leading strategic initiatives, building and leading multidisciplinary teams, and optimizing processes and product architecture. Following the acquisition of Seebo by Augury, Daniela was appointed as VP R&D for the acquiring company. She holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
